The Culinary Health Fund provides health care benefits to about 140,000 participants in the Las Vegas area. Hospitality Health, co-sponsored by the Culinary Health Fund, has been awarded the Nevada Co-Op created under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Hospitality Health is the only fund to sponsor one of the ACA Co-Ops, which will be ready to operate on the exchange in October 2013.
