This session focuses on Health Disparities/Inequities experienced by a variety of population groups. Examples of the groups experiencing health disparities that are presented in the posters are: the elderly, women who have been incarcerated, obese children, immigrants, the homeless, and minority groups.
Session Objectives: 1. Identify groups experiencing health disparities/inequities 2. Discuss how the groups experiencing health disparities can obtain needed health care
