Presenting author's disclosure statement:

Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: as director of a community and faith based organization we have worked to link a health-equity analysis to the work of community-organizing and democratic action. We led two community-grounded HIAs, worked to pass legislation to advance public health and built intentional relationships and partnership in the public health sector. Our work has been grounded in Minnesota, making our perspective on the health/health equity field in Minnesota relevant to the panel.
