This presentation will describe the goals of the Massachusetts Prevention and Wellness Trust Fund, the legislative intent of the Trust, and the needs that the Trust seeks to address in relation to health care access and health care cost containment.

I serve as serve as Senate Assistant Majority Leader and I chair the Prevention for Health Caucus, along with Representative Jason Lewis. Together with Rep. Lewis, I was the lead sponsor on legislation that created the Prevention and Wellness Trust Fund.
