Implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA): New Developments

The ACA was passed by Congress in 2010 and withstood a challenge before the U.S. Supreme Court in 2011. The federally facilitated marketplace and state marketplaces were scheduled to ”go live” in October to promote affordable insurance through advanced tax credits and through expansion of the Medicaid eligibility. This presentation will provide an update from the “front lines” on the implementation of this key component of the ACA.
