Are the MDGS achievable by 2015? The perspective from national public health associations

The purpose of this session is to share the results of a survey conducted by the World Federation of Public Health Associations (WFPHA) about the progress in the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), the factors that have affected positively and negatively the capacity of countries to achieve them by 2015 and some thinking about the definition of post-2015 global human development goals.
