Biographical Sketch: Kelly Fischer is a Staff Analyst for the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, Injury & Violence Prevention Program. During her four years with the program, her work has focused on community gang prevention and juvenile re-entry. Kelly has a Masters in Cultural Anthropology from CSU Northridge.
