Biographical Sketch: Gail Brandt is the Washington State Health Department - Office of Healthy Communities health equity manager. She is also the department representative on the Governor’s Interagency Council on Health Disparities. She has worked in local public health in a variety of programs including adolescent health; HIV/AIDS; tobacco and alcohol; and injury prevention. She now enjoys opportunities to mentor younger professionals in the field of public health and seeks opportunities for them to strengthen their skills.
