Biographical Sketch: Joseph P. Morrissey, Ph.D., is Professor of Health Policy & Management and Psychiatry at the Schools of Public Health and Medicine, and Deputy Director for Research, Cecil G. Sheps Center for Health Services Research, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has studied the interface between mental health and the criminal justice system.
