Biographical Sketch: Dr. Robert Gern has worked in public health for more than 28 years, including 5 years in international health. He earned his M.P.H. in Biostatistics and his Dr.P.H. in Epidemiology, both at Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health. His current focus is on HIV/AIDS, where he has been working as a Northrop Grumman contractor at the CDC since 2008. He also serves as Adjunct Professor at Georgia State University's Institute of Public Health.
