Biographical Sketch: Dr. Fitzgerald earned her Doctorate in Public Health from Boston University School of Public Health focusing on infant and early childhood health. She is an Associate Project Director at National Initiative for Children's Healthcare Quality. Her previous work includes: managing RCT studies aimed at preventing maternal depression among mothers with young children with special needs, directing an early childhood system of care, working with UNICEF, and serving as an officer in the US Coast Guard.
