The purpose of this session is to describe strategies to improve worksite wellness practices. Evidence to support the cost-effectiveness of worksite wellness will be shared.
Session Objectives: Define the challenges for small employers to effectively implement an evidenced-based worksite wellness program. Identify relationships between health conditions, modifiable behaviors and changes in workers’ compensation claims and costs.
