Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I've been one of the lead developers of the SEER*Stat software for the full 18 years of it's existence. Over that time I've been using the software for the production of published statistics, and providing technical support and training for SEER*Stat. This includes training at the 2008, 2011, and 2013 APHA meetings.
