The Leading Health Indicators (LHI) are smaller set of Healthy People 2020 objectives which have been selected to communicate high-priority health issues and actions that can be taken to address them. Launched in January 2012, the “Who’s Leading the Leading Health Indicators?” series highlights one of the twelve Leading Health Indicator Topics every month.  The “Who’s Leading the Leading Health Indicators?” webinar and e-bulletin  provide an overview of the LHI topic, noting the most recent data and trends, and showcases states, communities, or organizations that are addressing the LHIs in innovative ways. This presentation will demonstrate how participants can find the latest data for each LHI, including disparities data and infographics that show a visualization of the latest data and related health disparities.
