Blueprints is a noteworthy model for collaboration given that it has fostered long-term participation among older adolescents, a difficult to retain population, and has achieved measurable changes in short- and long-term targets that partner organizations would not have been able to achieve independently.

Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I am a co-principal investigator on the Blueprints project focused in improving health and leadership outcomes for Chester Youth. I also serve as a curriculum advisor and designer for our academic enrichment component. I have a PhD in Teaching, Learning and Curriculum and my research focuses on improving educational outcomes for students in urban context; with attention to their social identities.
