The purpose of this presentation is to describe the work flow process and technological requirements in the development of a video for North Carolina Public Health departments about the HPV vaccination series.  The video was developed to educate patients about the importance of receiving the full series of HPV vaccinations along with an annual pelvic exam for protection against cervical cancer.  While the present video is specific to the HPV vaccination series with an emphasis on Pap tests and annual pelvic exams, and localized for the state of North Carolina, the workflow and technological requirements can be applied to many types of health education video projects.  This video was adapted from 1-2-3 PAP produced by Elisia Cohen for the Rural Cancer Prevention Center and reproduced with permission from the University of Kentucky.  Participants in this presentation with learn the process of making a health education video, using the 123PapNC video as an example of what can be produced through this process.
