Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I am a podiatrist with 20 years’ experience in both conservative and surgical care, especially with the diabetic population working for numerous years with Indian Health Service and also deploying with the US Coast Guard to IHS sites in the Arctic treating the Alaska Native population. I am also a Pedorthist, and established a Diabetic Shoe Program in addition. We had the one of the lowest if not the lowest amputation rate in IHS.
