Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have 25 years experience as a researcher, evaluator, and trainer. I have served as Senior Researcher on federal research projects for NIDA, SAMHSA, and Department of Education, developing research design and methodology; guiding instrument development; and designing and coordinating analyses for qualitative and quantitative studies. For the past decade I have worked with federal, state and community partners to assess organizational development, use findings to select and implement system enhancement strategies, and evaluate impact.
