This presentation will discuss the use of process and outcome evaluation planning as an integral part of health systems planning and development.  The session will discuss process and outcome indicators for organizational development and key considerations for successful implementation and evaluation planning.  As part of the session, participants will review evaluation tools and engage in interactive large and small group discussions.

Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have 25 years experience as a researcher, evaluator, and trainer. I have served as Senior Researcher on federal research projects for NIDA, SAMHSA, and Department of Education, developing research design and methodology; guiding instrument development; and designing and coordinating analyses for qualitative and quantitative studies. For the past decade I have worked with federal, state and community partners to assess organizational development, use findings to select and implement system enhancement strategies, and evaluate impact.
