This presentation will provide case studies and examples of how the health system assessment process has been successfully implemented with communities, states, regional entities, tribes and tribal groups to generate baseline and interim information for cross-sector planning and ongoing development. Participants will review a variety of case studies--including multi-level assessments conducted to capture information from stakeholders at different points within the system--and engage in interactive large and small group discussions.
