I have worked with colleges, universities and accrediting agencies to improve professional preparation programs and promote best practices. Currently, I am on the curriculum committee to align Ball States’ undergraduate Community Health Program with NCHEC Areas of Responsibility.

He holds degrees from California State University, Long Beach (B.A.);UCLA (Master of Science in Public Health);University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana(Ph.D.);and University of North Carolina, Chapel-Hill (MPH). Dr. Redican is co-author of four textbooks and has over 70 publications in health journals. He also has also served as PI or Co-PI on over $1,000,000 in grants and contracts.
