The Prevention Agenda is a Call To Action to a broad range of stakeholders to collaborate at the community level to assess health status and needs, identify local health priorities, and plan and implement strategies for local health improvement.  The overall goal is improved oral health status of New Yorkers and reduction in health disparities through improved emphasis on prevention. In this presentation, we will describe the New York State Oral Health Prevention Agenda and the process and progress toward our goal of improving oral health of New Yorkers by reducing oral health disparities.
