By highlighting components of effective social determinant partnerships, my presentation will guide participants in developing stronger interdisciplinary work habits related to “soft skills” such as network development, leadership, and effective communication.  The presentation will assist early and mid-career public health professionals improve their ability to apply these skills to  social determinant partnerships enabling participants to become more highly valued employees and job seekers
