Mentoring researchers in Latino health disparities

Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have mentored 170 individuals over the course of my career, 45 of whom are Latino. Of the Latino individuals that I have trained, 3 were doctoral level students and 32 were at the post-doctoral level. These individuals have gone on to faculty positions at numerous institution. Therefore, I have ample previous experience training and fostering the career development of aspiring researchers.
