This session will provide practical suggestions for the Vision Care Section to establish, nurture, and sustain collaborations that promote the public health of vision.  Some factors that will be defined include the characteristics of collaborations, the investment of time and resources, and the outcome that can be expected. The session will provide specific examples of successful collaborations.  The session will include a facilitated component to identify collaborative partners as well as strategies to define mutual benefits from collaborations.
