The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will present in detail on Step 1 of the Building Resilience Against Climate Effects (BRACE) framework. The speaker will highlight key considerations, data sources, tools and guidelines for implementing this foundational step of the framework that will launch a process for health departments to become “climate ready.” The speaker will cover guidance for preparing a Climate and Health Profile Report and for compiling vulnerability assessments for climate change and human health.
