During my piece of the session, I will discuss current, innovative research conducted by members of the APHA Health Law Section and that will be discussed through Health Law Sections as the 2014 annual conference. Through my presentation, I will highlight the critical role played by domestic and international law in protecting the public’s health and the importance of advancing scholarship in this area.
