Public health in Cuba integrates art into the system and recognizes the important aspect this integration provides for the health of the community.  In the US, the ACA presents opportunities to incorporate art as a community mental health initiative.  We will present our observations of this synergy in Cuba and provide recommendations on how this could be enhanced in the US system.
