An overview of Medicaid expansion efforts in Louisiana, why it is necessary, and what it will take to be successful. Presentation will explain current advocacy and grassroots outreach approach supporting Medicaid expansion.

I serve as the convener/organizer for the Campaign for Healthcare for Everyone – Louisiana, which consists of a diverse group that spans the gamut of stakeholders who have come together for the specific purpose of engaging many different voices in support of expanding access to healthcare and ACA Medicaid expansion.
