During my portion of the session, I will discuss current public health challenges and how law is being used to address those challenges.  This discussion will outline the major trends in assistance requested from the Network for Public Health Law from local, tribal, state and federal public officials and practitioners, attorneys, policy makers and advocates who are using law to improve public health.  I will also provide information about legal tools, resources and training available to those in public health.
