Cambridge is a diverse community committed to working together to improve the health and well-being of all residents, of whom a quarter are foreign-born, a third are non-white and 15 percent live in poverty. The community is located in one of the dense hubs of education and innovation.  The health status of the community is often termed the tale of two cities.   This presentation will describe RWJ Culture of Health award winning efforts ito improve population health such as literacy ambassadors, innovative physical education classes in schools, healthy school meals and health support for men of color.
