Ms. Aviana Cooper will communicate about existing telehealth and telemedicine legislation that impacts the use of wearable devices for collecting, transmitting, or interpreting individual or population health data outside hospital environments.  Ms. Cooper will forecast potential healthcare legislation and future regulatory guidelines that will create a pathway for ubiquitous wearable telehealth to prevent illness, injury, and/or disease in every day environments.
