Shirley Cramer, CBE, is Chief Executive of the Royal Society for Public Health.  The Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) is an independent, multi-disciplinary organization, dedicated to the promotion and protection of collective human health and wellbeing.  She will be the discussant regarding international trends in the census, including the health policy implications for underserved populations.
