Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I am the President and CEO of one of the Low Income Investment Fund, one of the largest and highest performing community development financial institutions in the country. I have over 30 years of experience in community development including positions at the Ford Foundation, the IWMI, and as a consultant to the DHUD and the DOT.
