This presentation will focus on how the public health system in Oregon is working to integrate into the state's healthy systems transformation. The presentation will highlight best practices and tools and resources that public health practitioners in other states may find useful. The presentation will also describe where Oregon's public health system has been particularly successful in taking part in systems transformation.

Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have overseen Public Health and clinical integration as the vice chair of OHPB and as a founding board member and have been Vice Chair of Health Share of Oregon, Oregon's largest CCO. My work has allowed me to help direct health policy that is equitable to all on a local and state level. I’ve been able to collaborate with community partners to address health issues and further the goal of achieving a healthier Oregon.
