Healthography – From Blue Zones® to Grey Zones

Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have been the principal or co-principal of state and federally funded grants focusing on spatial epidemiology and medical geography. Among my key scientific interests is medical geography and the application of geospatial methods, data, and tools to public health research and practice. I developed and taught the first graduate-level course on GIS applications in public health ever offered at an accredited school of public health. I subsequently designed an entire health geoinformatics curriculum.
