Climate change threatens to worsen the health and living conditions of the world’s poor majority who are most at risk of its adverse effects. This presentation will explore how robust ground-up public participation models might be developed to create more active, engaged citizens seeking ways to improve their own health and living conditions in the process of climate change adaptation strategies.
