The purpose of this section is to describe two major themes in women's health: oral health and postpartum health. The session will specifically focus on how various environments (e.g., state-based Medicaid programs, providers, worksites) can influence health.
Session Objectives: Describe the capacity of providers to assess and discuss oral health during pregnancy
Describe oral health care among pregnant women with disabilities
Identify how attributes of the workplace could contribute to postpartum depressive symptoms
Explain the integration of postpartum care and postpartum contraceptive delivery in a statewide Medicaid program
