The purpose of this session is to provide a venue for students to demonstrate their experiences in global health. Students will be given an opportunity their original work as part of their course work or internships, and discuss the importance of field work in advancing their career. Because of the vast number of student submissions, we have two student panels in the program.
Session Objectives: Define the scope of student internships in global health.
Discuss results from student-led public health projects in different countries.
Explain the role of internships in advancing student careers in global public health.
