The legal, moral and ethical issues related to wars and the Vietnam war will be described and updated. This includes issues related to civilians during and after the Vietnam and other wars. Issues of chemicals used in war will be discussed.
Session Objectives: Explain origins of the Vietnam war. Analyze the post war effects on Vietnamese. List actions meant to alleviate consequences of war.
