Optimal sexual health includes more than the absence of disease and dysfunction. Sexual pleasure, desire, and relationship dynamics are major drivers of behavior. This panel will feature research that addresses sexual health from a holistic perspective that incorporates affirmative aspects of sexuality and health.
Session Objectives: Describe at least two ways that affirmative models of sexual health can be applied to public health research or practice.
