Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have more than 20 years of experience in public health and aging research and practice. I have received three consecutive Edward R. Roy bal Center awards from NIH to develop, test and translate evidence based health promotion programs for older adults. I have designed and tested the Fit and Strong! Program for older adults with osteoarthritis. F&S has been approved by CDE and ACL and is being offered at 60 sites nationally.
