Healthy People 2020 Data: Exploring Measures of Health Equity

This presentation explores data tools available to visitors of the Healthy People website related to health disparities and equity.  Features covered will include population templates, health disparities, social determinants of health, and state-level data.  Attention will be given to a variety of measures across the Healthy People 2020 initiative, including the Leading Health Indicators, a subset of Healthy People 2020 objectives selected to communicate high-priority health issues and actions that can be taken to address them.
