Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: During my 35 year career at USAID, I worked on a full range of public health programs, and then was a program officer for worldwide programs, including the formation of the Agency's public health budget. I worked in Latin America and the Caribbean, Africa, Europe/Eurasia, and in the Global Health Bureau and Program and Policy Coordination Bureau and the Foreign Assistance Bureau, on programs implemented by public as well as NGOs and community organizations.
