Changes and improvements to health care delivery can be challenging for clinicians, administrators, and patients. This session looks at a number of changes to improve patient outcomes such as the use of electronic medical records, implementing evidence based clinical practice, the impact of emergency department screening practices, and how stronger interventions can be designed to improve patient safety.
