Session Objectives: Implementing innovative health administration and leadership methods will be shared in this session that focuses on the origins and dynamics of policy change in healthcare institutions related to drug and device companies, how innovative approaches can assist rural communities in accessing care, an examination of the recommendations developed by a state public health taskforce, approaches and strategies of state health agencies to address increasing budget cuts, and how to successfully implement project management methods.
