This session will focus on presentations which highlight the importance of health when designing policies and how this will impact in a positive manner the health status of communities in which this is implemented. Examples from various countries of policies such as these will be presented.
Session Objectives: Define health policies from select countries. Describe the efforts undertaken in select countries to ensure access to health through enacting policies.
