This session will update attendees on the lawsuits that have been filed and are making their way through the federal court system. In addition, there are regular challenges to the Affordable Care Act overall but especially to the Prevention and Public Health Investment Fund so attendees will learn the latest about these challenges and how to combat them at the state and local level.
