273028 Doing more with less in Kane County: 18 months after a public health 'total make-over'

In November, 2010, the Kane County Health Department transferred WIC and other MCH personal health services to FQHCs, reduced its staff by 50% and re-organized based on PHAB standards. 18 months post 'total make-over', Kane County's financial, population health and staff engagement indicators are reviewed and all show positive impact from the change.
