Posters will be presented on public health nursing research and practice in several key areas of mental health concern. Among them are occupational stress, chronic mental illness, domestic violence prevention and intervention, and psychosis in adolescent mothers. | |||
Learning Objectives: 1. Recognize mental health risks associated with certain occupations 2. Recongize critical factors in utilization of mental health services in specific population groups; and 3. Discuss research in community-based studies of targeted populations. | |||
