This session will offer papers describing current health issues in Vietnam. Topics include young unmarried Vietnamese attitudes towards premarital sex, primary stroke among Vietnamese farmers, barriers to health care in an Agent Orange contaminated district, prevention of avian influenza in Vietnam and development of culturally appropriate materials to address maternal depression among Vietnamese women.
Session Objectives: The participant will learn of current health issues in Vietnam.
